How do I change my email address?
Log in to your dashboard. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, select Manage Profile, then click the three dots and choose Edit Profile. Enter your new email and save.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your account dashboard. Navigate to Billing or Subscription in the left sidebar. Click Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription at the bottom. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No penalties.
When do you publish?
We publish Monday, Wednesday and Every Friday morning for our newsletter. Consistent, reliable, on time.

Why can I not log in with my password?
Steel Industry News does not use passwords. We moved to a new platform in February 2026, and the new system signs you in through a secure one-time link sent to your email rather than a username and password. There is no password to set or reset. If you previously subscribed through our former platform, your paid membership carried over automatically and remains active. Only the sign-in method has changed.
To access your account:
Click Login at the top of the page, or open any premium post and click to read the full article.
Enter the exact email address your subscription is registered under.
We will email you a one-time sign-in link. Open that email and click the link to sign in and unlock full content.
The sign-in link is time-sensitive. If it has expired, simply request a new one. If the email does not arrive, see "Not receiving login emails?" below.
